Terms of Use

Rules for using the FuelMantra portal (fuelmantra.com) — registration, credits, posting RFQs, unlocking leads and acceptable conduct. Last updated: 20 Sep 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FuelMantra, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you use the portal on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business.

FuelMantra is a B2B lead marketplace for fuel categories (coal, biomass briquettes and agro residues). It is not a broker of physical fuel contracts unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it updated.
  • We may refuse, suspend or terminate access for false information, misuse or policy violations.

3. Pro registration & credits

  • Pro registration requires payment of ₹5,000 + 18% GST.
  • Against paid ₹5,000, we issue 100 credits for buying / unlocking leads only.
  • Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • GST is a statutory government fee and is not issued as credits.
  • Lead unlock charges are ₹5 per MT for any fuel product child category, debited from credits (or subsequent top-ups if offered).
  • After Pro registration, posting RFQs on the portal is free of cost, subject to these Terms.

4. Using the portal

  • You may browse marketplace previews, post buy/sell RFQs (as Pro), unlock leads with credits, and (as Pro) use a mini website feature where provided.
  • Qualified leads may be distributed via multi-channels (Email, WhatsApp, BSE Messenger, social and communities) to relevant registered users.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying counterparties, negotiating contracts, delivery, quality, payment and statutory compliance for any trade you enter.
  • FuelMantra does not guarantee that any RFQ will result in a deal, or that unlocked contacts will respond or be creditworthy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post fake, misleading, spam or duplicate RFQs.
  • Use unlocked contact data for harassment, bulk spam, or purposes unrelated to genuine fuel trade.
  • Scrape, harvest or resell portal data or user contacts without written permission.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, credit debiting, security or access controls.
  • Upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
  • Impersonate another person or business.

6. Mini website (Pro clients)

Paid registered Pro clients may receive a mini website / profile to showcase fuel-related business information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of content you publish. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Fees, taxes & refunds

Fees, GST treatment, credits and refunds are governed by the commercial model described on the portal and our Refund Policy. Unless that policy expressly allows otherwise, Pro fees and credits are non-refundable after activation.

8. Intellectual property

Portal design, trademarks, software and brand assets belong to FuelMantra / BSE or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the marketplace.

9. Disclaimers

  • The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Listings and user-generated content are provided by users; we do not independently verify every RFQ or counterparty.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuelMantra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the portal or from deals between users.

10. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability arising from your use of the portal in any twelve-month period is limited to the Pro registration fee (excluding GST) actually paid by you for that period, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or risk to other users. Unused credits remain non-refundable upon termination for cause.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at a competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may additionally be notified via email or portal notice where practicable.
